绝经后女性冠心病患者性激素替代治疗

摘要

绝经后妇女雌激素水平降低、性激素比例失调导致冠心病发生率增高。近年研究发现以补充雌激素为主的性激素替代治疗能减轻绝经后女性冠心病的患病率及病死率；但因不良反应大且无具体规范的治疗标准，目前尚不建议用于冠心病的一级和二级预防。近些年研究发现，合理、有针对性地个体化使用激素替代治疗的绝经后女性往往能从中获益，现对性激素替代治疗绝经后女性冠心患者病做一综述。%The estrogen level of postmenopausal women is decreased ,which leads to the incidence of coronary heart disease increas-ing.Recent studies have found that hormone replacement therapy can reduce the morbidity and mortality of postmenopausal women patients with coronary heart disease .However its side effects are not recommended for the primary and secondary prevention of coronary heart disease . This review discusses the hormone replacement therapy in postmenopausal women patients with coronary heart disease .
