多综眼综丝三维织造方法探究

     

摘要

三维织物在厚度方向上的延展受到限制,主要原因是当采用单综眼综丝织造时,多层经纱需要在近似同一水平线上穿入筘隙,并且上下交错进行织造,易造成经纱拥挤.为了克服这一难题,采用多综眼综丝织造三维织物,研究其上机工艺及方法;使用重力挂钩控制每一层经纱的张力,并对其提综顺序进行了设计.成功制备出三维织物,验证了用4综眼综丝制备具有6层经纱的正交角联锁结构织物的可行性;同时发现,织造的织物上、下表层经密均为其余经纱层的一半.该织造方法可为多梭口织造关键技术研究提供参考.%The expansion of thickness of three-dimensional fabric is limited.This is mainly because if single-eyelet heddle is adopted for weaving, multiple layers of warp must penetrate into reedslit approximately at the same horizontal line, and stagger up and down, which is liable to affect smooth moving of warps.To overcome the difficulty, this paper is intended to research the loom technology and method of weaving three-dimensional fabric with multi-eyelet heddle.To this end, gravity hook was employed to control the tension of warps, and the shedding order was designed.Three-dimensional fabric has been successfully made, which verifies the feasibility of weaving 6-layer fabric with orthogonal angle interlocking with 4-eyelet heddle;meanwhile, it is found that the warp density of the top and bottom layers of the three-dimensional fabric are only half of the rest layers.The achievements from this work can provide useful experience for research on key technology of multished weaving.
