纺织品及纤维制品压缩回弹性及蓬松度全自动检测仪的研制及应用

         

摘要

In this paper,ball screw and laser distance measuring were combined to creatively develop an automatic testing instrument for compression elasticity and bulkiness of down feather.Through testing experiments, the instrument has the functions of automatic detection of compression elasticity,recover rate and bulkiness of textile,fiber products, quilts or other similar products,and automatic function of inspecting bulkiness of down feather.Thus,it is a real multi-purpose machine.Compared with the existing detection methods,this instrument can thoroughly liberate inspectors from the tedious manual labor and really achieve automatic,fast and efficient detection.At the same time,the instrument eliminates a series of problems such as the influence of man-made interference and bulging in the detection process on detection data,and further improves the accuracy,reproducibility and high detection precision.%采用滚珠丝杆和激光测距相结合的方式,创造性研制全自动压缩回弹性及(羽绒)蓬松度检测仪。通过实验测试,该检测仪同时具备纺织品用絮片、绗缝制品、被子、蚕丝被等压缩率、回复率和蓬松度全自动检测功能,且具备羽绒蓬松度全自动检测功能,实现一机多用。与现有检测方式相比,本仪器彻底将检验人员从繁琐的体力劳动中解放出来,真正实现了自动、快速、高效率的检测,且仪器消除了实验过程中的人为干扰、样品在检测过程中的膨出等对检测数据的影响等系列问题,进一步提高了检测数据的准确性、重现性,检测精度进一步提高。
