镁基抗菌织物抗菌性能测试研究

     

摘要

At present,the methods to evaluate anti-bacteria property of textiles are different at home and abroad.There are no recognized and unified testing standards for different textiles.In order to ensure the accuracy of test results,appropriate test methods should be chosen to test magnesium-based antibacterial fabric.Improved AATCC-100 and improved oscillation method were applied to test anti-bacterium capability of magnesium-based antibacterial fabrics for E.coli and Staphylococcus aureus.The results show that the bacteriostatic rate of the magnesium-based antibacterial fabrics for the two kinds of bacteria is above 90%.And the results and conclusions gained by both methods are similar.The magnesium-based antibacterial fabrics have obvious antibacterial effect on E.coli and Staphylococcus aureus.%国内外对纺织品抗菌性能的评价各不相同,对不同类别的纺织品也没有公认和统一的测试标准,因此采用恰当的实验方法对镁基抗菌织物进行测试,能够保证测试结果的准确性.采用改良 AATCC-100法和改良振荡法对镁基抗菌织物的大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌抗菌性能进行测试.结果表明:镁基抗菌织物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率均在90%以上,且两种方法所得结果接近、结论相同.镁基抗菌织物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有良好的抑菌效果.
