基于切换系统的储能节能系统双向DC-DC变换器建模与控制

     

摘要

AC motor variable frequency speed regulation system has been widely used in industrial and agricultural production. Recycling is the important approach to save energy which is caused by braking of motors systems. Su-percapacitor based energy saving system can absorb the braking energy when motor decelerate, which achieves energy-saving. In this paper, the architecture of an energy storage system is analyzed to get the equivalent circuit firstly. Then, the switching system model is established for the bi-directional DC-DC converter of the energy storage system, and Lyapunov function is constructed to get the system switch rules. Simulation result shows that with the control of the switching rules, the model can fully absorb and utilize the feedback electrical energy of the motor.%吸收利用制动状态电机回馈再生电能已成为电机系统节能的重要途径.采用超级电容储能的节能系统,能够通过回收电机制动时的再生能量实现系统节能.本文通过分析超级电容储能节能系统结构,得出储能系统等效电路;在此基础上建立了用于储能节能系统的双向DC-DC变换器切换系统模型,构造系统的Lyapunov函数,并以此推导出系统切换控制律.在储能和放电两种工况下的仿真结果表明,系统能够完全吸收并利用电机回馈再生电能,保持直流母线电压稳定,实现系统节能.
