基于松耦合变压器的小功率CPT系统

         

摘要

A low-power contactless power transfer (CPT) system is designed and completed. A mutual inductance model is used to analyze the loosely coupled transformer and to compensate the primary and secondary winding. The primary and secondary winding are made of PCB spiral coil with high permeability magnetic core. The inductor coil with core, geometry and physical parameters is given. The energy is transferred by high-frequency square-wave between the primary and secondary winding. Finally the circuit diagrams of the whole system are given. Results show that when the distance between the primary and the secondary winding coil is less than 5 mm, the efficiency of power transfer is high and the system can be used for charging small power device such as mobile phones, etc.%设计并实现了一种基于松耦合变压器小功率CPT(Contactless Power Transfer)系统.采用互感模型对松耦合变压器进行了分析,对其原边和副边进行了补偿.采用有芯PCB螺旋电感线圈来制作松耦合变压器的原边和副边绕组,给出了有芯电感的几何参数和物理参数.原边、副边之间通过高频方波传递能量.最后给出了整个系统的电路图.测试结果表明,当原边和副边距离在5mm以内时,电能传输效率较高,可为手机等小功率用电设备充电.
