电动自行车快速充电器的研究

     

摘要

Because there is no depolarization measures in the traditional way of charging batteries, it will affect the battery charging time,capacity and life time. In order to solve these problems, a constant voltage negative and positive current pulse output fast charger is designed. While this way of charging puts forward higher request for the stability to the switch converter,it is necessary to design a reasonable controller. The main circuit uses two-switch forward converter circuit. According to two conditions on continuous working model of forward circuit, a small-signal model is designed and based on Bode graph, a compensating network of the control circle is designed. Lastly, using Mat lab to simulate the close loop transfer function and to test output negative and positive current wave by experiment, the rationality of this design is proved. This design can solve these problems of the fast charger for electric bicycles.%由于传统的蓄电池充电方式一般没有去极化措施,这会影响蓄电池的充电时间、容量和使用寿命,针对这些问题设计了一种具有定电压正负电流脉冲输出的开关式蓄电池快速充电器.而这种充电技术对开关变换器的稳定性提出了更高的要求,需要设计合理的控制器及补偿网络.此设计的主电路采用双管正激变换电路.针对正激电路在连续工作模式下的两种工作状态,建立了小信号模型,并根据得到的Bode图设计了控制环路的反馈补偿网络.最后,通过Matlab仿真和实际测试证实了设计的合理性.该设计基本能够解决电动自行车快速充电器所存在的问题.
