U型磁芯结构ICPT系统功率传输容量研究

         

摘要

感应耦合电能传输( ICPT)技术是近年来发展起来的一种新型电能传输模式。为了实现磁路耦合机构的最大能量传输,本文从磁路角度对常用的U型磁芯磁路机构的功率传输能力进行了分析,得出了系统传输功率能力与磁芯机构形状和大小、原边导轨位置、工作频率以及副边拾取线圈匝数等因素之间的关系,并给出了U型磁芯结构下的磁路耦合机构的优化设计。根据理论分析结果对ICPT系统磁路耦合机构进行实验研究,实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。%ICPT is a new mode of power transfer developed in recent years. And it has attracted more and more at-tention of scholars at home and abroad and has been widely used. In order to assure the maximal power transfer of the magnetic coupling circuit, this paper analyze the capacity of power transfer for framework of U-magnetic core magnetic circuit from the point of magnetic circuit view. At the same time, the relationship between power transfer ability and the framework of magnetic core, position of primary guide way, the working frequency as well as the number of turns of secondary is given. Then, optimization design of magnetic circuit for the U-magnetic core archi-tecture is given. Finally, this criterion is justified via an experiment.
