It should be controlled that do demolition and site preparation on the land of removal enterprises first and than change in the land use. The investigation of site soil pollution should focus on the product history, workshop position and production process of former industrial enterprise. The topic of discussion included importance of environmental multifactor investigation, key steps for attention during the investigation as well as soil pollution assessment criteria and corresponding standard.
