不同水动力条件对景观水体富营养化模拟过程中藻类演替的影响

     

摘要

采用微宇宙培养法,分析了不同水动力条件(不循环、水循环和泥循环)对微污染景观水体富营养化模拟过程中藻类演替的影响.结果表明,水循环和泥循环使得水体的TP值前期增加后期减少,前期藻类生长主要受TP影响,而后期浊度成了重要的影响因素;水循环引起的TP值减少及蓝藻聚集状态的破坏,导致了藻类的生长明显减缓,但优势种的演化过程却变得复杂;泥循环导致了水体TP值的极大减少及浊度的极大增加,从而明显的抑制了藻类的生长,其优势种的演替过程也变得更简单.%Tank microcosm had been used to simulate effects of different water dynamical condition (no circulating, circulating without sediment, circulating with sediment) on algae succession in eutrophication process f landscaping water body. The results showed that circulating with and without sediment enhanced early and decreased latterly the algae growth. The growth of algae was mainly influenced by TP value during the first period of water body eutrophication, but turbidity was an important factor inhibiting growth of algae in the later eutrophication stages; the growth of algae was significantly slow because circulating without sediment decreased TP content in landscaping water body and destroyed aggregation condition of Cyanophyta, but which made dominant algae successional process more complex. Due to circulating with sediment significantly decreased TP content and significantly increased turbidity in landscaping water body, the growth of algae was inhibited. At the same time,circulating with sediment made dominant algae successional process simpler.
