《慈善法》视阈下“互联网+慈善”模式探究

摘要

经过30余年的发展，我国慈善事业进入了与互联网相结合的新阶段，呈现出诸多新特点。2016年3月16日，首部《中华人民共和国慈善法》的出台为新时期“互联网+慈善”模式的发展带来了新的机遇和挑战。在此背景下，如何构建合理路径，发挥优势，攻克屏障，以推动“互联网+慈善”事业的健康发展，成为摆在我们面前的重要课题。%After the 30 years of development,Chinese philanthropy has stepped into a new stage of combination with in-ternet.In this stage,philanthropy appears some new characteristics.On March 16,2016,China issues its first Charity Law which bring opportunities and challenges to the pattern of “Internet+Charity”.Under this vision,how to overcome the dif-ficulties,take full advantages and make up a reasonable strategy become an important task.
