单组分透明脱醇硅酮密封胶的研制

摘要

以107硅橡胶为基胶,乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷为交联剂,有机锡络合物为催化剂,添加白炭黑补强填料及其他助剂,研制了单组分透明脱醇硅酮密封胶.探讨了交联剂的种类及添加量、粘接促进剂种类及添加量对密封胶性能的影响,以及各组分的最佳配比.该密封胶透明,低气味,有良好的力学性能及粘接性能.%Using 107# polysiloxane as the main raw material, vinyl trimethoxysilane as the crosslinking agent,organic tin complex compounds as the catalyst, the transparent one-component dealcoholized silicone sealant was made by adding fumed silica and other assistants. The effects of the type and amount of crosslinking agent as well as the type and amount off adhesion promoter on the sealant performance were discussed. The sealant has good transparency, low odor, good mechanical properties and adhesion to PBT,ABS and metal.
