采用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚己二酸丁二醇酯二元醇(PBA)、二羟甲基丙(DMPA)、硅烷偶联剂(KH550)等原料制备了层压复合用水性聚氨酯胶粘剂(WPU),考查了KH550用量对其性能的影响.结果表明,随着KH550用量的增加,WPU乳液黏度增加,稳定性变差;经KH550改性的WPU,胶膜的耐水性优于未改性者,胶膜的力学性能和复合薄膜T型剥离强度也得到提高.%A series of waterborne polyurethane adhesives (WPUAs) for laminated composites was synthesized from isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI),polybutylene adipate (PBA),dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA),KH550,etc.And the influences of the content of KH550 on the properties of WPUA was discussed. The results showed that when the amount of KH550 increased,the viscosity of the WPU emulsion increased and the stability of WPUA decreased gradually.Moreover,the water resistance of film was much better than that of unmodified WPUA,the tensile strength of film and the T-style peel strength of laminated composites increased when the amount of KH550 increased.
