Tobacco cultivar K.326 was selected as the experimental material to study the regularity of chlorophyll and carotenoid content changes and the expression of key enzyme genes in the biosynthesis of flue-cured tobacco leaves in Yunnan province during the leaf development stage. Results showed that in the early growth stage, the content of plastid pigment gradually increased, the key enzyme gene expression was active, and the synthesis process predominated. From the leaf age of 30d, plastid pigment content slowly declined, the key genes expression decreased, and the synthesis process was hindered. From the leaf age of 70d, plastid pigment content sharply declined, but the key enzyme genes expression did not drastically decrease.This indicated that 30d and 70d leaf age were crucial to regulate the leaf plastid pigment metabolic.%以K326为试验材料研究了云南烤烟叶片发育过程中叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量变化规律,及其生物合成途径中关键酶基因表达变化规律.结果表明:在叶片发育早期,质体色素含量逐渐升高,其合成关键酶基因表达活跃,合成过程占据优势;从30 d叶龄开始,质体色素含量进入了缓慢下降时期,相关基因表达减弱,合成受阻;从70 d叶龄开始,质体色素含量急剧下降,但合成关键酶基因的表达并未出现陡降现象.表明30 d叶龄和70 d叶龄是质体色素代谢调控的关键时期.
