水泥砂浆掺入PAM改性橡胶粒之机械性能研究

     

摘要

Addition of rubber particles leads to the degradation of some physical properties of the concrete. To improve the performance of rubberized concrete, the modification of the rubber surface was studied in this work. In this study that rubber particles were treated with polyacrylicamide (PAM) to enhance their hydrophilie properties. The PAM-modified rubber particles were then used in preparing rubberized concretes specimens. The measurement of contact angle was conducted with a Kruss k121 tension meter based on the Wil-helmy method to get the wettability of the rubber. The wettability was used to evaluate the hydrophilic property of the rubber. In order to understand the effect of PAM on the hydration of cement, the changes of the surface structures of the specimens were observed with an optical microscope real time. The mechanical properties of these specimens were tested in this study to get the performance of the rubberized concretes. The experimental results show that modification of rubber surfaces with PAM can efficiently enhance the hydro-philic properties of rubber and reduces the negative effects of rubber on hydration of cement. It could also enhance the performance of the rubberized concretes.%在水泥砂浆中掺入PAM改性之废轮胎橡胶粒之机械性能,研究中应用了表面张力计及电子显微镜观察表面改性情形,并透过机械性能及耐久性试验探讨材料特性.研究结果显示,橡胶表面经由PAM改性,可提升水泥水化性能进而提高材料机械性能.
