摘要

Prof. Haijun Yu is a pharmaceutical chemist and principal investigator at Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica (SIMM), Chinese Academy of Sciences, China. His laboratory is dedicated to developing smart drug delivery system for improving cancer therapy by regulating the tumor microenvironment. His group has developed a set of stimuliactivatable and prodrug-based drug delivery systems with improved drug delivery efficacy and therapeutic performance by overcoming the pathophysiological barriers of solid tumors.
