激光照射萌发的番茄种子的生物学效应的初步研究

     

摘要

After the germinating tomato (Lycopersicon esculentums) seeds were irradiated for different time (0、40、80、120、160、200、240 seconds) He-Ne laser the vigor and percentage of budding and the growth capacity of the seedling were measured. When the seedling grew to 25 days the contents of soluble sugar and chlorophyll and protein and nucleic acid were determined. The results showed that along with delaying time of irradiation the vigor and percentage of seed germination gradually descended. As the time of irradiation were within 160 seconds it can distinctly accelerate the growth. of the seedling and the content of many inclusion ( chlorophyll and soluble sugar and protein) in seedling cell notably increased. But as the time of laser irradiation extended to 200 seconds many physiologic and biochemical characters of tomato seedling declined.%将萌发的番茄(Lycopersicon esculentum)种子用不同时间(0、40、80、120、160、200、240 s)的He-Ne激光照射后,测定了种子的发芽势、发芽率和幼苗的生长量.待幼苗生长25 d后,取番茄叶片测定了细胞内叶绿素、可溶性糖、蛋白质和核酸的含量.结果显示,随着照射时间延长,种子的发芽势、发芽率逐渐下降;当照射时间在160 s内,可明显促进番茄幼苗的生长;细胞内叶绿素、可溶性糖、核酸和蛋白质等含量都显著增长.但是,当照射时间延长至200 s后,番茄幼苗的多种生理生化特征均下降.
