针对天基光学监视特点和需求对TLE拟合方法进行改进,使其适于仅测角被动跟踪定轨应用.在采样拟合方法基础上,提出基于测角资料的TLE非线性最小二乘拟合方法;将TIE单点拟合方法与SGP4模型嵌入跟踪滤波过程,在混合坐标系中采用Sigma点卡尔曼滤波方法提高滤波稳定性.仿真结果表明,本文方法在获取非合作空间目标TIE的同时可实现摄动条件下天基光学被动跟踪.%Aiming at the characteristics and requirements of the space-based optical surveillance, the methods of the Two-Line Elements(TLE) conversion were modified for the bearing-only passive tracking. Based on the trajectory sampling fitting method of the TLE, the nonlinear least square estimation method using bearing-only measurements was brought forward. The single point fitting of the TLE and the SGP4 propagator was embedded in the procedure of the tracking filter,and sigma points kalman filters was adopted in hybrid coordinates to enhance the stability of the tracking filter. Simulation results indicate that the space object passive tracking with perturbations can be realized using space-based optical measurements, and at the same time the TLE of the non-cooperative space object can be obtained.
