头针配合梅花针叩刺治疗失眠症的临床研究

摘要

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of scalp acupuncture combined with plum blossom needing in the treatment of insomnia.Methods:A total of 60 insomnia cases were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 patients in each group.Cases in the treatment group received scalp acupuncture and plum blossom nee-dling therapy,and the control group received estazolam oral therapy.After two courses of treatment, the clinically cura-tive effect and the Pittsburgh sleep quality index scores were observed.Results: There was a statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the evaluation of clinical efficacy ( P<0 .05 ) .Total ef-fectiveness was 93.33%in the treatment group,and in the control group total effectiveness was 73.33%.Components and scores after treatment were compared with those before treatment in two groups,and there were significant differences (P<0.05).Compared with the control group after treatment,the treatment group had a significant difference in sleep time, sleep efficiency and sleep score(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the sleep time.Conclusion:Scalp acupuncture combined with plum blossom needling has a better effect in the treatment of insomnia.%目的：观察头针配合梅花针叩刺治疗失眠症的临床疗效。方法：将60例失眠症患者随机分为治疗组30例，予头针加梅花针叩刺治疗。对照组30例予西药艾司唑伦口服治疗。治疗二个疗程后，观察患者临床疗效及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（ PSQI ）各因子和总分的变化。结果：临床疗效分析，治疗组总有效率93．33％，对照组总有效率73．33％，治疗组优于对照组，具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。两组治疗后各成份及总分与本组治疗前比较，均有统计学差异（ P＜0．05）。治疗组治疗后入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠总分方面与对照组治疗后比较，有统计学差异（ P＜0．05）。治疗组在改善患者睡眠时间方面优于对照组。结论：头针配合梅花针叩刺治疗失眠有较好的疗效。
