基于单个细胞动作电位计算心电:若干异常仿真心电图

         

摘要

In this paper,based on the whole-heart electrophysiological modelwe built and the ECG computing algorithm we presented that computes ECG baesd on the action potential of interconnected and intercommunicated cardiac cells,we introduce the description method of abnormal cardioelectrical activity,give the simulation results of some abnormal ECGs,and explain the generation mechanism of these abnormal ECGs. The simulated ECG,introding local myocardial ischemia,myocardial infarction,atrium-ventricle conduction block, left bundle branch conduction block,right bundle branch conduction block,and atrium-ventricle bypass,highly accord with clinical recordings.The algorithm and the simulation results show that it is the transjunctional gradient of membrane potential between cells that contributes to the formation of field potential and ECG waveforms.We believe that the generation of all normal and abnormal ECGs can be reasonably explained with this mechanism.%根据构造的心脏电生理模型及提出的基于单细胞动作电位计算心电图的算法,介绍异常心电活动的描述方式及对若干异常心电图的仿真结果,包括心肌缺血、心肌梗死、房室传导阻滞、束支传导阻滞、以及房室旁路,并对这些心电图的产生机制进行说明。算法及仿真结果表明,细胞间的跨缝隙连结膜电位差是产生场点电势进而产生各种心电图波形的原因。
