切向超声振动辅助磨削对单颗粒切削力的影响

         

摘要

通过引入单位磨削力,结合超声振动辅助磨削过程中单颗粒的运动学分析及其切削深度计算,建立了单颗粒动态切削力及其平均切削力数学模型,进而推导出磨削区内的平均切削力公式;通过试验对普通磨削力和切向超声振动辅助磨削力进行了研究.研究结果表明,在相同的加工条件下,超声振动辅助磨削的单位磨削力低于普通磨削;切向超声振动的引入使磨削力比有较大幅度的降低,利于改善硬脆材料的可加工性.模型仿真结果与试验结果基本一致,证明了切削力数学模型的正确性.%Based on the kinematics analysis and the cutting depth calculation for single abrasive grit, the mathematical models of the dynamic cutting force and the average cutting force were established by introducing the unit grinding force Fu. And the formula of the average cutting force in the grinding zone was derived. The experiments were conducted in the conventional grinding (CG) mode and tangential ultrasonic vibration assisted grinding (TUAG) mode. The results show that the unit grinding force in TUAG is lower than that in CG under the same machining condition; the grinding force ratio decreases due to the tangential ultrasonic vibration of the workpiece. It is helpful to improve the machinablity of the hard-brittle material. The simulation results of the model give a good agreement with the experiment results, and the correctness of the model is verified.
