履带式电动谷物收集装袋机的设计与试验

             

摘要

针对目前国内谷物收集存在劳动强度大、效率低等突出问题,设计研发一种履带式电动谷物收集装袋机.该机以蓄电池为能源,电机为动力,采用履带自走结构,型式为刮板型,主要由动力传动装置、行走装置、控制装置、谷物集拢装置、谷物传送装置、谷物装袋装置及机架等部分组成.确定了该机器的主要结构参数,设计了关键部件,可一次性完成谷物收集和装袋作业.试验结果表明:该机作业性能稳定,收净率、破碎率和纯工作小时生产率平均值分别为98.9%、0.01%和2118.70 kg/h,适用于晒场谷物收集和装袋,研究可为谷物收集装袋机的设计提供参考.%In order to solve the prominent problems of large labor intensity, low working efficiency with current domestic grain collection, a new type electric grain collecting machine was designed. The machine is powered by battery,driven by motor,it moves by crawler and collects grain by scraper.It is mainly made up of power driving device, moving device, control device, collecting device, transporting device, bagging device, rack,etc.The key components,and the main parameters were designed. The electric grain collecting machine enables a one-stop achievement of grain collecting and bagging procedures. It effectively decreases the labor cost,and enhances the production efficiency.In order to improve the cleaning rate,a secondary cleaning device was designed,which is perpendicular to the moving direction,and a mini-crawler walking device was also de-signed to decrease the grain damage rate by increasing the grounding area. The results show that the machine has the advantages of stable working performance and adapts to grain collecting. The cleaning rate,grain dam-age rate,and the pure hourly work productivity are 98.9%,0.01%,and 2118.70 kg/h,respectively.This study provides useful reference for the design of grain collecting machine.
