冷等离子体处理工艺对竹材表面润湿性的影响

     

摘要

表面润湿性是反映固体材料亲水性的重要指标.采用多因素法,探索冷等离子体处理过程中气体、时间、功率等因素对竹青、竹肉和竹黄表面润湿性的影响,分析竹壁各部位冷等离子体处理的时效性.结果表明:不同气体作为等离子体处理介质,对竹壁各部位平衡接触角的影响各异,影响程度依次为氧气(O2)>氮气(N2)>氩气(Ar);竹壁各部位在冷等离子体处理的条件下(氧气作为处理气体、处理时间90 s、处理功率160 w),竹青、竹肉和竹黄对酚醛树脂胶的平衡接触角分别下降61.15%、43.59%和48.32%,竹壁各部位润湿性明显改善;竹壁各部位的氧冷等离子体处理具有时效性,处理后的竹材存放时间最好控制在6 d以内.%Surface wettability is an important indicator of the hydrophilicity of solid materials.In this study,the influence of gas,time and power on the wettability of bamboo outer skin,bamboo pulp and bamboo inner skin were investigated by multi-factor method.The activation time of the cold plasma treatment for each part of the bamboo culm was analyzed.The results showed that different gases had different influence on the equilibrium contact angle of different parts of bamboo culm and the order of the effects of the gases was oxygen>nitrogen>argon.The equilibrium contact angles of phenolic resin adhesive to bamboo outer skin,bamboo pulp and bamboo inner skin decreased by 61.15%,43.59% and 48.32% respectively under the cold plasma treatment conditions(oxygen as the processing gas,processing time 90 s,processing power 160 w).The wettability of different parts of bamboo culm was improved obviously.The effect of oxygen cold plasma for different parts of bamboo culm hade time limitation and the storage time for the treated bamboo should not be longer than 6 days.
