转双价抗虫抗除草剂基因(Cry1Ac+EPSPS)棉与非转基因棉生物学特性差异的研究

     

摘要

Taking the transgenic cotton with insect - resistant and herhircide - resistant double genes (CrylAc + EPSPS) as the observed variety, and the non -transgenic cotton Ganmian No. 11 as the control variety (CK) , their biological characteristics (growth and development characters, yield traits etc. ) were compared and evaluated. The results indicated that: as compared with CK, for the transgenic cotton with double genes, its plant height from boll - forming stage to boll opening stage increased significantly by 6. 6 ~ 9. 1 cm, the number of boll before boll peak period reduced very significantly by 10.7 bolls, the layer number of fruiting branch from flower - boll stage to boll peak stage reduced obviously by 1 layer, the angle of the fruit branch was very significantly increased by 2.1°, the main stem pitch was extremely significantly elongated by 0. 6 cm, the color of leaves was deepened significantly, the lint percentage was extremely significantly decreased by 1.7% , the seed index rose very markedly by 1. 77 g, the fiber uniformity index increased significantly by 1. 325% , the spinning uniformity index increased significantly by 7.5, and the yields of seed cotton, lint culton, seed cotton before frost, and lint cotton before frost were all extremely significantly decreased. The preliminary evaluation was that: the -transgenic cotton with insect - resistant and herbicide - resistant double genes had worse growth and development characters, worse yield traits, better fiber spinning quality, and worse popularization and planting value.%以双价抗虫抗除草剂基因(Cry1Ac+ EPSPS)棉为观察品种,非转基因棉赣棉11号为对照品种,进行了棉花生育性状、产量性状等的比较和评价研究.结果表明:与对照品种相比,双份抗虫抗除草剂基因棉在成铃至吐絮期株高增长显著(超速6.6~9.1 cm);在盛铃期之前成铃变缓极显著(少10.7个铃);花铃期至盛铃期果枝层生成慢显著(少1层);果枝角度变大极显著(大2.1°);主茎节距拉长极显著(长0.6 cm);叶色加深显著;衣分率降低极显著(低1.7%);籽指升高极显著(高1.77 g);纤维整齐度指数升高显著(高1.325%);纺纱均匀指数增加显著(增7.5);籽棉、皮棉、霜前籽棉、霜前皮棉均减产极显著.初步评价:双价抗虫抗除草剂基因棉的生育性状、产量性状较差,纤维纺纱性状较好,推广种植性较差.
