丹桂带腋叶片扦插繁育技术研究与应用

         

摘要

We have carried out single -factor experiment for the cutting breeding of orange osmanthus with axillary leaves , and this experiment designed 14 kinds of substrates for breeding , 4 different ages of axillary leaves , 8 kinds of liquid for treating the cut-tings, 4 depths of cutting in soil.The best single factors were obtained as follows:raw red soil plus 20%river sand as seedbed;ax-illary leaves at the age of less than half year as cuttings;soaking the cuttings into 25 mg/kg potassium permanganate for 5 min and then into 100 mg/kg ( ABT1+IAA) for 20 min; burying the 1/3 of axillary leaves into the soil .Then we conducted the cutting breeding of orange osmanthus under the combined conditions of all best single factors , the rooting rate of the cuttings was 100%, and their grownup seedling rate reached 98.10%.Through the application of this technology , 4582000 orange osmanthus seedlings have been bred , 1907 hm2 demonstrative forest has been constructed in Xinyu city , and significant economic and social benefits have been acquired .%分别对丹桂带腋叶片扦插育苗进行了14种育苗基质、4种龄期带腋叶片、8种处理插穗药液、4种插穗入土深度的单因素试验,分别得出最佳单因素为生红壤土+20%河沙作苗床、半年生以内的带腋叶片为插穗、用25 mg/kg高锰酸钾浸5 min+100 mg/kg( ABT1+IAA)浸20 min处理插穗、带腋叶片入土1/3。组合各最佳单因素进行育苗,插穗生根率100%,插穗成苗率98.10%。应用该技术累计育成丹桂苗458.20万株,在新余市营造示范林1907 hm2,向社会提供了大批绿化所需的丹桂树,经济与社会效益显著。
