江苏省区域农业技术推广绩效评价

摘要

According to the related statistical data of 13 prefecture-level cities of Jiangsu province in 2013 and that of Jiangsu province during 2003~2013, we built the performance evaluation index system of region agricultural technology extension from the respects of scale benefit, economic benefit, technical benefit, social benefit and ecological benefit of agricultural technology exten -sion.The author conducted the synthetic performance evaluation of agricultural technology extension in 13 cities in 2013 and in Jian-gsu province in recent 10 years by using entropy value method , and put forward some related countermeasures and suggestions , in order to provide basis for establishing the developmental strategy of agricultural science and technology and the developmental plan -ning of agricultural technology extension in Jiangsu province .%利用2013年江苏省13个地级市和2003～2013年江苏省的相关统计数据，从农业技术推广的规模效益、经济效益、技术效益、社会效益和生态效益5个方面构建区域农业技术推广绩效评价指标体系，运用熵值法对2013年江苏省13个市和近10年全省农技推广绩效进行综合评价，并提出相关对策建议，为制定江苏农业科技发展战略及农业技术推广事业发展规划提供依据。
