一种简易实用的酪蝇人工饲料

         

摘要

为了发展一种简易、实用的酪蝇饲料,研究了新鲜猪肉进行腌制处理后获得纯肥肉和精肉,并将精肉与肥肉按不同比例(1:0、3:1、1:1、1:3、0:1,m/m)配制系列饲料.在温度(27±1)℃、相对湿度50%~70%、光周期L/D=14 h/10 h的室内环境条件下饲养,并观察取食不同饲料对酪蝇生长发育的影响.从各虫态历期和存活率等指标来看,取食纯肥肉制成的饲料严重抑制了酪蝇的生长发育,而取食纯精肉饲料、肥/精肉混合饲料时有利于酪蝇生长发育;从单雌产卵量来看,则以取食饲料B(精肉:肥肉为3:1)的效果最好.精肉与肥肉比例为3:1腌制的猪肉最适于饲养酪蝇.%In order to develop a sort of simple and practical artificial diet for cheese skipper , Piophli a casei, we salted fresh pork, and then prepared a series of artificial diet by mixing the net lean meat (LM) with the net fatty meat (FM) at different mass ratios (1:0,3:1 , 1:1, 1:3, and 0:1).The feeding experiments were conducted to evaluate the effects of different artificial diets on the growth and development of P.casei under the indoor environmental conditions [air temperature (27±1) ℃, relative humidity 50%~70%, and photoperiod L/D=14 h:10 h] .As far as the growth duration and survival rate of various larva instars were concerned, feeding on the net FM diet seriously inhibited the growth and development of P.casei, while feeding on the net LM diet or the FM/LM mixed diet was beneficial to the growth and development of this insect .The P.casei feeding on diet B ( LM:FM=3:1) had the maximum oviposition amount per female .Therefore, the artificial diet which was composed of 3/4 salted LM and 1/4 salted FM was the most suitable for the rearing of P.casei.
