豫中地区主栽烤烟品种烟叶成熟期氮代谢特征研究

     

摘要

The randomized block experiment was carried out to deeply research the characteristics of nitrogen metabolism in mature leaves of mainly-planted flue-cured tobacco varieties (Zhongyan 100 and NC89)in the central area of Henan province. The results showed that:at maturity stage,the activity of GS1 in leaves of these two varieties all revealed an upward trend,while the activity of GS2 was decreasing. Zhongyan 100 had lower GS1 activity and GS2 activity,lower NH4+ concentration,total nitro-gen content and soluble protein content in leaves,and greater ammonia volatilization potential than NC89;but NC89 had a higher nitrogen reuse capacity at later growth stage than Zhongyan 100. The above results might be the reasons for the stronger nitrogen-tolerance of Zhongyan 100 and the late maturing of NC89.%采用随机区组试验,深入研究了豫中地区主栽烤烟品种中烟100和NC89成熟期的氮代谢特性.结果表明:成熟期,2个品种叶片GS1酶活性均呈上升趋势,GS2酶活性均呈下降趋势.与NC89相比,中烟100的2种GS同工酶活性均较低.同时,中烟100具有较低的叶片NH4+浓度、总氮含量和可溶性蛋白含量,且具有较大的氨气挥发潜力.而NC89在生育后期具有较高的氮素再利用能力,这可能是中烟100具有较强耐氮肥能力,而NC89易贪青晚熟的原因之一.
