花序特征和季节对非洲菊不定芽诱导的影响

摘要

The effects of inflorescence characteristics and season on the inducement of adventitious buds from receptacle of Gerbera jamesonii were studied.The results showed that: the time required for adventitious bud inducement was the longest and the inducement rate was the lowest in semidouble-flower varieties;the differentiation time of adventitious buds in double-flower varieties was the shortest;the inducement rate of adventitious buds in single-flower varieties was the highest;the adventitious buds of green-heart and orange G.jamesonii varieties were induced best.The effects of various factors on the inducement rate and inducement time of adventitious buds in G.jamesonii revealed the following order: flower color > flower petal > flower-heart color.In the same season, there were significant differences in the inducement effect of adventitious buds among different genotypes.For the same genotype, there was also a significant difference in the inducement effect of adventitious buds among different seasons.%以花托为试材,研究了花序特征和季节对非洲菊不定芽诱导的影响.结果表明:半重瓣品种不定芽诱导所需时间最长,诱导率最低;重瓣品种不定芽分化时间最短.单瓣品种不定芽诱导率最高,绿心、橙色的非洲菊品种不定芽诱导效果最好.对非洲菊不定芽诱导率和诱导时间影响大小的因子依次为花色>花朵瓣型>花心颜色.同一季节取材培养,不同基因型不定芽诱导效果差异显著,同一基因型在不同季节取材培养,不定芽诱导效果也存在显著差异,因此,取材季节的选择应随基因型改变而改变.
