探讨了秋眠型紫花苜蓿标准品种1级、2级和非秋眠型紫花苜蓿标准品种10级、11级在自然光照条件下内源激素ABA、IAA、GA3、ZR含量的变化.试验结果表明,光照时间、气温与秋眠类型均在一定程度上影响了紫花苜蓿内源激素的合成;ABA与IAA、GA3、ZR共同参与了对紫花苜蓿生长和秋眠的调控.%Two fall-dormancy-type alfalfa standard varieties (fall dormancy class 1 and 2) and two fall-undormancy-type alfalfa standard varieties (fall dormancy class 10 and 11) were used as the experimental materials, and the contents of endogenous hormones (ABA, IAA, GA 3 and ZR) in their leaves under the natural light condition were researched.The experimental results showed that: the natural photoperiod, air temperature and fall-dormant type all affected the synthesis of endogenous hormones in alfalfa to a certain extent;ABA, IAA, GA 3 and ZR jointly participated in the regulation of growth and fall dormancy of alfalfa.
