ARMS-PCR在水稻米香基因Fgr检测中的应用

摘要

根据米香基因的测序结果,设计了4对引物,在0.8％琼脂糖上电泳检测Fgr基因.结果表明,该方法较好地检测粳稻和籼稻米香基因(Fgr),为大规模进行分子标记辅助育种提供有效手段.%Fgr gene is a major effect gene that controls fragrance trait in rice. The aim of this study was to es tablish a tetra primer ARMS PCR method for the detection of Fgr. According the sequence of the fragrance rice ma terial, were four primer designed for detection fragrance rice Fgr in 0. 8% agarose electrophoresis. The result showed that the method was efficient in detection Fgr and provided the better method for MAS.
