为明确拔节期干旱对冬小麦生理特性的影响。以西农979等7个小麦品种为材料,采用盆栽控水试验,研究了干旱胁迫下小麦叶片中超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)活性、过氧化物酶( POD)活性、过氧化氢酶( CAT)活性、相对电导率、丙二醛( MDA)含量、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量和脯氨酸含量的变化。结果表明:干旱胁迫下7个品种的SOD 活性、POD 活性、CAT 活性、相对电导率值、MDA含量、可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量均有不同程度的提高;可溶性蛋白除西农509、郑麦366和郑麦9023外均增加。用上述指标所得的抗旱系数进行主成分分析,7个小麦的抗旱性强弱依次为晋麦47>小偃22>矮抗58>西农979>西农509>郑麦366>郑麦9023。%Water deficit is one of the major limitation for the production of winter wheat in arid region and sem-iarid region of China. Wheat in the jointing stage is very sensitive to the lack of water. Therefore,this experiment was conducted under two different water treatment( Normal and mid drought) with Xinong 979 and other 6 cultivars in pot. The superoxide dismutase ( SOD) activity,peroxidase ( POD) activity,catalase( CAT) activity,relative electric conductivity,MDA content,the soluble sugar content,the soluble protein content and the proline content were meas-ured as physiological indices for evaluating the drought resistance. The results showed that under drought stress,the activities of SOD,POD and CAT,relative electric conductivity,MDA content,the soluble sugar content and the pro-line content increased at different levels,and the soluble protein content of Jinmai 47,Xiaoyan 22,Aikang 58 and Xinong 979 also increased except for other 3 cultivars. Based on the principal component analysis,the ranking of the tested cultivars was as follows:Jinmai 47>Xiaoyan 22>Aikang 58 > Xinong 979>Xinong 509>Zhengmai 366>Zhengmai 9023 .
