Based on the field experiments of 2009 - 2010 and mycelia growth rate bioassay in laboratory of 2010, the effects of seven fungicides against Alternaria mali Roberts were evaluated. The results indicated that all the tested fungicides showed good effects against the Alternaria mali Roberts with the recommended concentrations in the field or bioassay experiments. Among them, triazole fungicides, such as tebuconazole and difenoconazole had the best inhibitory effects, EC50 values were 1. 49 andl. 98μg/g, respectively; mancozeb and propineb had less inhibitions on Alternaria mali Roberts, EC50 values were 19. 7 and 24. 7μg/g,respectively. The results of two years field trials showed triazolefungicides,such as tebuconazole and difenoconazole had significant control effects against the tested pathogenic bacteria with the efficiency of about 85% in spring and autumn tips stage; strobilurin, such as kresoxim-methyl and the antibiotic fungicides of polyoxin and ningnanmycin indicated good effect with the inhabitation rate about80%;the traditional fungicides, such as mancozeb and propineb exhibited low effects against the tested pathogenic bacteria with the inhabitation rate about75%. All these fungicides had no adverse effects on apple tree growth and can be used safely.%采用菌丝生长速率法和田间小区试验的方法,于2010年进行7种杀菌剂防治苹果斑点落叶病的室内活性测定,于2009年、2010年进行7种杀菌剂防治苹果斑点落叶病的田间药效试验.室内活性研究表明,各药剂对苹果斑点落叶病菌均有较好的抑制作用.其中,三唑类杀菌剂戊唑醇、苯醚甲环唑抑制效果最好,EC50分别为1.49和2.43 μg/g;代森锰锌和丙森锌对苹果斑点落叶病菌抑制作用较差,EC50分别为19.7和24.7 μg/g;其余药剂也有较好的抑制效果.2 a田间试验结果表明,三唑类杀菌剂的戊唑醇、苯醚甲环唑对苹果斑点落叶病有显著的防治效果,在春梢和秋梢停止抽生期均达85%左右;甲氧丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂的醚菌酯,多抗霉素、宁南霉素等抗生素类杀菌剂也有较好的防治效果,春梢和秋梢停止抽生期均达80%左右;代森锰锌、丙森锌等保护性杀菌剂防治效果稍低,春梢和秋梢停止抽生期防效均在75%左右.而且,供试药剂对苹果树生长均无不良影响,使用安全.
