Web site design model and comparative assessment case study.

There are many considerations that novice and professional developers should consider while creating Web sites. Many times novices do not have a basic understanding of the groundwork laid to improve Web site development. There are occasions when professionals require guidance.; The purpose of this research project is to develop a Web site design model, which can be used in various environments and organizations. By providing a background of accessibility guidelines, cultural impact, culturability, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), cultural impact, usability standards, and users centered design to assist the designer with development.; The Web site development model is a tool that can be used by the novices and professionals to develop efficient and productive Web sites. Web sites can include secondary vocational education sites, which were used to test this model. The Web site development model will help the novice and professional developer to design Web sites that will encourage users to continue to return and use them an information system.
