中-白工业园区法人设立与运营法律制度研究

摘要

本文的主要目的是全面分析现有的工业园区法人的设立和运营规则，找出该领域法律规制的主要问题，并提出解决方案，保护相关工业园区法人的利益。 在研究工业园区期间，我使用了科学研究方法，如历史，比较,法律统计，法律建模，正式的法律，法律预测研究法。 在撰写本论文时，需要考虑到白俄罗斯共和国的法律、白俄罗斯共和国与中华人民共和国之间的国际协议、工业园区管理机构运营的既定做法。此外，为了更好地进行研究，笔者还对白俄罗斯、俄罗斯和中国的大量法律文献进行了调查。上面指出的文章主要专门讨论工业园区运营的特殊问题。 在分析有关在工业园区内设立法人的法律规范时，笔者已经调查了法人的相关组织形式、设立和注册的程序，这些具体的因素决定它们的法人的具体商业活动。在设立法人的法律方面，存在一些主要问题，例如涉及工业园区内外国品牌名称的相关保护法律与白俄法律内在的冲突问题、以及工业园区的非营利组织在经济活动的法律不完善问题。 在分析有关工业园区运营法人的法律规范时，笔者根据法人的组织形式调查了法人管理机构的运营情况，调查了工业园区法人的重组类型。在法人运营法律方面，主要涉及的问题是解决“中白工业园区联合公司”的管理机构、与一般法律规定的衔接问题，解决设立与登记信息的不完善问题，重组消息的通知问题等等。 研究结果全面回答了论文中研究的问题，以及改善中-白工业园区法人设立与运营法律制度。
