摘要

石港煤矿15#煤正常回采过程中,邻近层瓦斯可以很好的经过采动裂隙而被高抽巷抽放,但在初采期间,仅直接顶垮落,老顶坚硬不能及时垮落,裂隙不能连通高抽巷,近距离的上邻近层瓦斯大量涌向采场,造成综放面推进速度缓慢,风量成倍增加。已采的15101和15108综放面初采期都曾发生不同程度瓦斯超限问题。
  本文分析得出坚硬顶板综放工作面初采期瓦斯来源。通过现场观测和数据分析,得到了15202、15109综放面初采期瓦斯涌出的相关参数。进一步分析得到初采期顶板沉降规律和沉降参数,并分析了顶板沉降对初采期瓦斯涌出的影响规律。
  研究得出初采期瓦斯超限的原因,找到解决初采期瓦斯超限问题的根本切入点在于一方面使坚硬顶板及时垮落,使采动裂隙尽早沟通后高抽巷,后高抽巷尽早抽出卸压的大量邻近层瓦斯,另一方面在坚硬顶板未垮落之前抽采14#邻近层瓦斯。
  在分析石港煤矿现有初采期瓦斯综合治理技术的基础上,提出了初采期瓦斯综合治理技术体系。通过对15203工作面相关参数数值模拟与15203工作面相关参数的现场实测,证明所提出的初采期综合治理技术体系是有效地。在15203工作面试验综合治理方案,取得了良好的效果,进一步验证初采期瓦斯综合治理技术体系对于初采期瓦斯治理的良好效果。
