摘要

The background of this paper is an engineering projrct,aimed at real izing the screw compressor software back up. This paper is divided into two parts. The first part is concerned with geometric characteristic evaluation of screw compressor rotor. This software is used in designing a new kind of rotor prifile D-87. Based on the D-87 profile,without radical structure change,new Iodels are manufactured and tested .The efficiency of which is increased by 8-10% in comparison with the old versions. The second part is concerned with dynamic simulation .For such a complicated fluid-mechanical system, Bond-graph method is likely to the most suitable choose. But the ready methods and programs are not appropriate. In verifying this program system, a number of examples are worked out. New computed values agree with the known results. Finally ,the Bond-graph model for the dynamic simulation of screw compressor is deduced, but it is not solved thoroughly for the lack of relevant system parameters. Thus more intensive experimental and theoretical work is needed.
