摘要

第一部分:大鼠三叉神经节神经元5-羟色胺激活电流及其特征;采用全细胞膜片钳技术观察大鼠三叉神经节(TG)神经元5-羟色胺(5-HT)-激活电流(I<,5-HT>)及其特征.该研究的结果对了解5-HT3受体介导电流及其特征提供了基本的资料.第二部分:大鼠三叉神经节神经元5-HT<,2>受体激活对共存的5-HT<,3>受体功能的增强作用;该部分内容采用全细胞膜片钳技术旨在观察TG神经兀5-HT1受体和5-HT2受体激活是否能调节5-HT3受体功能.结果表明:5-HT<,2>受体激活对共存的5-HT<,3>受体功能具有增强作用,而5-HT<,1A>受体则无.这种受体亚型间的
