摘要

随着国际互联网和世界经济的不断发展,电子商务开始兴起并在许多国家得到了广泛利用。目前,电子商务已深入到社会的方方面面。对于国际贸易也产生了巨大影响。 本文从介绍电子商务这一概念出发,阐述了电子商务的特点及分类等。电子商务降低了成本,提高了效率,提供了更多商业机会,改善了服务质量,减少了库存成本,为各国外贸企业提供了极大地竞争优势,同时对国际贸易也产生了重大影响。第二章着重分析了电子商务在国际贸易中的功能及影响。电子商务作为一种新兴的贸易手段在国际贸易中起到了如选择贸易伙伴、商务谈判、订购货物、支付手段及交易管理等功能。它强化了世界市场的整合,改变了国际贸易的成本构成,增加了国际贸易政策制定的复杂性,在电子商务的影响下国际贸易发生了重大变化。第三章分析了电子商务对于中国对外贸易所产生的影响。通过结合迈克尔·波特的竞争优势理论及对中国外贸行业的电子商务应用现状的分析,得出中国外贸行业应该致力于通过发展电子商务最终提高本行业及本国的竞争优势的结论并提出了中国外贸行业在电子商务应用方面存在的问题。最后,对于当前中国在电子商务的国际贸易应用方面所存在的问题,分别从政府及企业两方面提出了对策建议。面对不断发展和变化的国际贸易,中国政府应该在电子商务的应用方面起到积极地引领作用。另一方面,中国的外贸企业也应致力于提高科技水平,改善电子商务的应用环境。
