Use of Fuzzy Integral Method in Evaluating the Degree of Organizational Integration

Organizational integration is an important basis for fast product innovation. However, a general quantitative model for evaluating the degree of organizational integration is difficult to construct, because the interrelationship is quite complex among elements of an organizational system. This paper explores the concept of degree of organizational integration. A fuzzy integral approach is proposed to evaluate the degree of organizational integration and a numerical example is used to demonstrated the applicability of the approach.
