Design and Implementation of E-government Topic-focused Search Engine

摘要

In order to find an effective way to look for interested information in vast e-government related data, this paper designs the improved architecture of e-government topic-focused search engine. A new topic establishment method based on experts updating model and content structure-interest updating model is proposed under this architecture. And the paper modifies traditional web spider, and then designs a topic-focused web spider with topic-focused initialization module, crawling module of unique strategy, and vector space mode based results processing module. Finally, the performance of the E-government topic-focused search engine is illustrated with an experimental case.
