B2C-oriented Closed-loop Supply Chain Models with Product Remanufacturing

摘要

With the rapid development of e-business, more and more attention is paid on reverse logistics which is brought on by products returns. This article discusses how to choose the reverse logistics service pattern in B2C system for product repairing and remanufacturing. Three kinds of closed-loop supply chain models were proposed in this study and the profit of B2C firm among these models was analyzed. It has been found that the selection of reverse logistics service pattern is determined by the technology of product.
