“Conciencia Moto” is the title of the described work executed in Campaign for Education,Awareness and road communication to Road Safety and ITS for motorcycle. This technicalreport describes the work developed, in the República Argentina, by the Civil AssociationITS Argentina with the Municipal Agency of Road Safety of Rosario City with the support ofthe National Agency of Road Safety with the following tasks [7]:The increasing problem of motorcycle accidents in Argentina is currently worrying and itbelieves that is important the contribution to make, based on the city of Rosario, from twoareas of action:1. Propagation of smart information in safety for motor vehicle driversAn action in social networks with promotions that invite to participate andcommunicate on issues of interest to the target audience will generate a richdialogue in both directions, spreading prevention messages to great effect.2. Training related to motorcycle drivers.In this case it is to generate training materials oriented mainly to motor vehicledrivers and control operators of the central traffic monitoring, agents of relatedorganisms (infrastructure) and manufacturers.The tasks to inform are:3. Diffusion in media graphics, television and radio communications;4. Production of video advertising on road safety and intelligent transport systems formotorcycles centered in the operation of the Mobility Center of the City of Rosario ;5. Action of outreach and training through a demo of a training course and workshop;6. Software development destined at raising awareness and understanding in roadsafety with the use of intelligent transport systems ITS.This project, addressing both fronts with modern technological methodologies can assist inthe objectives of reducing the risks of traffic accidents in the field of riders with the use ofsmart ITS technology.
