摘要

In this text is described one way for simulation of molecular genetics processes through concept of flexible manufacturing systems. In this way of simulation we look on cell like a flexible manufacturing system in which all the chemical and biological elements are present like agents. The cell is like factory, which exists in the environment and depending on outside condition produce certain product. In the first part of the text is explained concept of flexible manufacturing system -FMS.In the second part the cell is described through concept of FMS. In the third part is given set of agents according to FMS, who take place in process of simulation of protein biosynthesis and process of RNA synthesis with it's own function in the processes. After that, in the next part is explained mechanism of hemotaxy for interaction and communication between agents that is used in our simulation. In the last part of the text are given main points of computer simulation of processes of RNA synthesis in the prokaryote cell.
