Use Imaging Processing for Testing Interaction Gas Pipe Lines and Frozen Grounds

It is well known that the building of gas pipe lines is accompanied by sharp changes of different components of the natural environment (vegetation, soil, superficial strata of the ground), this is has an effect on the character of physical and geographical processes. The most serious breaches are observed directly by gas pipe line and in frontier zone. In another part of the route the breaches are less considerable. In our paper we analyze processes that take place close to the route. We chose the route from Nadym to Long-Yugan as the object of researching. In this route there are some lines of gas pipe; they were built in different time and different construct and technological parameters characterize them. We interpreted materials of air surveys made 6 times during 15 years exploitations. At present time it is realized the complex program of air surveys and studying of interaction of pipe line with natural environment.
