摘要

In this paper, we used Discrete Bayes Decision in the recognition of specific bands for molecular marking. First we recognized the specific band between two populations using one primer for electrophoresis bands amplification. Then we generalized this method in the recognition of specific bands among three populations. In addition, we put forward Combined Discrete Bayes Decision and used this method in the recognition of specific bands from 155 electrophoresis bands amplified by 10 primers. The results demonstrate that Discrete Bayes Decision is effective in the recognition of specific bands.
