An Adaptive Load Distributing Algorithm for Collaborative Web Computing

In this papar, we describe a collaborative Web computing environment (CWCE) supporting agent-based applications. We focus on the design concept and system model. We present an adaptive load distributed mechanism to solve the problem of starvation and to maintain a reasonable performance. Compared with competing load distributing mechanisms, the proposed algorithm provides a better computation efficiency and service of quality of job and can indeed avoid the job starvation problem.
