In present paper, the impact of Qinghai-Tibet Railway construction on plateau eco-environment such as freezing-thawing erosion, vegetation permafrost table, desertification, wildlife and grassland is discussed. Considering the character of gradual change of railway construction on plateau eco-environment, based on the theory of fuzzy mathematics a comprehensive evaluation model is set up and an example is given. Some measures of eco-environment protection are set forth and proved to be successful over a few years of engineering practices.
