Entironment Benefits Analysis of the Comprehensive Development and Reconstruction on the Upper Reaches of the Hai River in Tianjin

摘要

The environmental impact assessment of the comprehensive development and reconstruction planning of the Hai River in Tianjin was a plan envi ronmental impact assessment before the implementation of Environment Impact Assessment Law, and was also an important technical document about the realization of ecological urban construction and circular economy development in Tianjin via urban reconstruction. In the paper the environmental status of the upper reaches of the Hai River was analyzed, then the project tentative plan about ecological restoration and ecological compensation and ecological construction was presented, finally the ecological benefits of this ecological project were analyzed from ecological efficiency and benefits of greenbelt flora and greenbelt commonweal value estimation and virescence' s effect on urban heat islands.
