摘要

In this paper, a new kind of air/fuel automatically mixing control unit of a set of coal-bed gas internal combustion engine (i.e. ICE) and its matching generator being different from the traditional one is introduced. The basic method and procedures of the design and calculation of this unit are put forward. On the bases of these, the units of the 12V190ZDT engine-generator set are calculated and designed, machined and piloted production. Furthermore, by the service-test with them in one more years, the results show that the performances of these devices are stable and reliable, and that this method not only could solve the practical problem of which the foreign unit could not meet the case of our domestic mid-low concentration coal seam gas, but also fill up the blank space in the field of the design and calculation and development as well as application of coal-bed gas devices, more still that save the foreign currency, even more that the economic and social benefits are very marked. Therefore, the design and calculation method obtained in this paper has engineering value; besides, this paper has offered a theoretical basis for the design and development of our domestic coal seam gas engine or set of engine-genera tor.
